Can you believe it’s already April?? Here in South Korea, the flowers have already blossomed and started to fade away, and the weather is quickly heating up. It feels like it’ll be summer before we know it!
Before diving headfirst into Q2, I thought it would be a good idea to go over the goals I set for this year to see how I’m progressing and to make some adjustments. Let’s review Quarter 1!
Last month, I made a post talking about my goals for 2022. One of my language goals was to finish four Korean textbooks that I already own, so today I wanted to share with you which books I plan to work on and why. I might change my mind further down the road, but for now, here are the four Korean textbooks that I hope to finish this year!
I set my goals weeks ago, but it’s already February and I haven’t shared them with you yet! In today’s post, I’ll be introducing my goals in categories such as health, home, languages, and more. I’ll also be explaining in-depth my reasoning behind why I’m trying to achieve them this year. Keep reading if you’re curious or just want some inspiration for setting your own goals!
It’s a new year! That means it’s time for the obligatory “new year, new goals” blog post. 😂 I went about making my goals a little differently this time and I’ve already started working on quite a few of them. Usually when a new year rolls around, I feel really positive and hopeful, and full of energy and motivation. This year wasn’t any different, but now that I’ve had a chance to experience 2021 for a few weeks, the reality that some things still suck has kind of dampened my initial high spirits. Even so, I’m still very excited to share with you my goals for 2021, so let’s get into it!
Hi everyone! Today I wanted to share with you my “word of the year” for 2021. I don’t typically choose a word to focus on for an entire year, but I thought I would give it a try this time around for some extra guidance and motivation this year. 2020 was rough, so every little bit helps, right?
It’s finally December! My tree is up, my Netflix queue is full of cheesy holiday movies, and I’m pretty much exclusively listening to Christmas carols at this point. Today I wanted to share with you what to expect from my blog and Youtube channel during the month of December!
It’s been so long since I’ve posted anything on this blog! I know I often start my blog posts like this since I’m so inconsistant. And then usually I follow up by saying I’m going to try to start posting more often. But really, I am going to try this time!
I had originally planned on sharing a blog post at the start of the year detailing all of my goals for 2020 and my perfect plan to execute them throughout the year. I had gone through a really intensive process to outline each goal and the steps needed to complete them during December of last year in preparation for January 1st. My goals were lofty, my timeline was strict, and I thought I was ready to tackle anything. But if you read my previous blog post, you know that things haven’t been working out according to plan. If the corona virus has taught me anything, it’s that life is truly unpredictable. So I have taken some time to reevaluate my goals and decide on what is really important to me. I have chosen to remove most of my deadlines, lighten up on some of the more difficult tasks, and I feel a lot better about my goals in general. Read on if you are interested in finding out what my goals for the rest of year are!
